Q8. What are the investment fund choices?
Ans: There are 8 funds for selection. They are different from the MPF funds and the currency is in USD.

About Fund Switching
Q10. Could I perform fund switching at any time?
Ans: Yes and only online fund switching is available.
Q11. What is Fund Switching?
Ans: Fund Switching allows you to change an existing and/or future balance investment allocation.
Q12. Are there any restrictions on fund switching?
Ans: Your allocation must be in multiples of 5% and the total should add up to 100%. The allocation of your existing balance investment will not be processed if there is no fund balance in your account.
Q13. Is there any fee incurred for fund switching?
Ans: No, there aren’t any fees for fund switching.
Q14. What is the difference between changing an existing balance investment allocation and a future investment allocation?
Ans: Changing an existing balance investment allocation means changing the investment choice of all or part of your existing investments while leaving the investment choice of future contributions among constituent funds unchanged. Changing future investment allocations means changing the investment choice of future contributions while leaving existing investments unchanged.
Q15. What will happen if I place more than one fund switching request in a day?
Ans: If you place more than one fund switching request via our website in a day, the last request received before 4:00 p.m. on that business day will be considered the final one. A switching request received after 4:00 p.m. on any business day will be processed on the next business day. A reference number will be issued for each transaction.
Q16. How do I cancel my fund switching request?
Ans: You can cancel any fund switching request before 4:00 p.m. on a normal business day on which you have made the request.

Q17. Is the website of Agents’ Provident Fund share the same address with MPF webite?
Ans: No. Different website address and different log in user name and password are used.

Q18. How to log in to the Agents’ Provident Fund’s website?
Ans: You are required to input the Username and Password. Your Username is the first 9 digits of your Member Account Number shown on the Welcome Letter.

If you have forgotten your password, you may call the AIA International Limited Hong Kong Agents’ Provident Fund Member Hotline at (852) 2200 6250 to request for a new password.
Q19. Is there any designated hotline for the Fund?
Ans: Yes. Our designated hotline number is 2200 6250 with servicing hour Mon-Fri 9am – 9 pm and Sat 9am – 1pm.

Q20. Is Agents’ Provident Fund subjected to <FATCA> / <CRS>?
Ans: Agents enrolled into the Fund on or after July 1, 2014 are required to fill in a declaration form related to FATCA and CRS in order to create member account under the Fund. Email will be sent to members in the month they become eligible to remind them to fill in the required form.
